To ensure proper operation of the drive shaft and extend its service life, the following precautions should be observed during use:
1. Never start the vehicle in high gear.
2. Never suddenly lift the clutch pedal.
3. Never overload or exceed the speed limit.
4. Regularly inspect the operating condition of the drive shaft.
5. Regularly check the tightness of the drive shaft hanger, the bearing rubber for damage, and the drive shaft connections for looseness and deformation.
6. To ensure dynamic balance of the drive shaft, regularly check for loosened balancing welds. A new drive shaft assembly is provided as a set. When installing the new drive shaft, pay attention to the assembly markings on the expansion sleeve and ensure that the flange fork is aligned. When repairing or disassembling the drive shaft, print assembly marks on the expansion sleeve and flange shaft to ensure that the original assembly relationship is maintained during reassembly.
7. Regularly grease the universal joint cross bearing with No. 3 lithium-based grease in summer and No. 2 lithium-based grease in winter.
